Thai yoga massage moves you. Releases you. Opens you up to expanded possibilities.

Sometimes referred to as "the lazy man's yoga," Thai yoga massage is an ancient healing system steeped in traditional Thai medical theory. This holistic bodywork combines deep stretching, rhythmic compression, gentle rocking, and acupressure.

Each session is customized to meet your unique needs. Fully clothed in loose pants and a comfortable shirt, you'll relax on a comfortable pad on the floor. Nestled among blankets and pillows, you'll let go as Deanna moves you.

Potential benefits of Thai yoga massage include:

  • Relieve deep muscle tension

  • Increase your flexibility and range of motion

  • Relieve stress and tension headaches

  • Improve your circulation

  • Increase your energy

  • Promote inner peace and a quiet mind
